Our Management Fees

We are the only managing agent to actually publish our management fees for potential clients to see, these are based purely on the size of the development and not on the value of the cars parked in the resident car park or the properties themselves.

Management fees are calculated on what is more beneficial to each development and it can either be based on a fixed percentage of the overall service charge demanded or a per property, per year fee. You should be able to instantly work out what our management costs will be and compare them with what you are currently paying.

In some cases the difference will be quite considerable and you may ask what services we may be compromising on to enable such a reduction in service charges, we can assure you we will never compromise on any aspect of our service to residents or their building. Simply by having a transparent and common-sense business approach we can GUARANTEE to reduce service charges, which in turn will enable either a reduction on every resident's service charge payments or alternatively allow for a reserve or sinking fund to be built up sooner.

We appreciate that no two developments are the same and the services and expectations differ which is why we offer a BESPOKE management service for each managed development.

Residents and directors may take more of a hands on approach and therefore only require an agent to deal with certain aspects of the developments management. Depending on your developments expectations our fees will therefore be calculated on the services we provide and will be lower than those published above. Some of our currently managed developments only engage us to handle the administration side whilst still advising them of current regulations.
