We are the only managing agent to push transparency boundaries to the very limit. We allow all directors secure 24/7 access to ALL their Company files. Including financial information, invoices, estimates and bank statements, and any file or document we have access to; they do too!

We continue to work tirelessly when looking after any managed building. We will always look for ways to reduce service charge costs without compromising the service provided to residents or their buildings.

We complete our surveys free of charge, which is all included in the single fee.

Our portfolio ranges from a six-storey development that consists of commercial units on the ground floor, and private apartments on the 5th and 6th floors, with the remaining floors in between being used as a hotel to a development that consists of just four properties. The needs and requirements of each managed development differ, as do the building facilities and framework of their leases.

We know the differences and complexities of each development and tenant, which makes Block Managers unique in their field.

Block Managers are accredited members of the Property Redress Scheme. Organisations like these have a primary goal to protect leaseholders and ensure professionalism when managing leasehold properties.
