Welcome to Block Managers
Where other agents charge additional fees or contract out, often to associated companies, we complete everything in-house, included in our fee. Our management package includes Company Secretarial work and Health and Safety surveys.
Unlike others we work month-to-month and will not charge a termination fee should you wish to cancel our services. We are confident in your complete satisfaction with our services and our ability to meet your needs.
Instruct us to manage your block or estate, and we will liaise with the current management agent. Our role is to ensure a smooth handover and that the whole process takes place as swiftly as possible.
Our rates start at £140 per property per year. Depending upon requirements, this could be further reduced.
We are a member of the Property Redress Scheme, giving you additional confidence in our services and capabilities.

To be able to provide what you have done on the back of a lot of years neglect and to reduce payment is quite something.
Given every single bill seems to be going up.I think that will be a big welcome with people in the blocks.I spoke to the guys recently outside who were fixing a tile on the roof of my neighbour .They said they were getting around to the security of the building with a new lock and the door requires staining as well as the trim replaced.
The guys know what they are doing and it must be a pleasure to work with them.
